    This sounds like a hardware problem. Possibly overheating or a dodgy PSU.

    Given you've had a technician look at it I'm going to assume that the fans are spinning properly and it's not all clogged up with dust. So, you could try as a first step installing something like SpeedFan to monitor the temperatures and see whether something odd is going on. You could also try going into the BIOS immediately after a shutdown event and see whether it shows temperatures. Some do, some don't.

    Is the pc in a well ventilated area with plenty of space around it so air can get in and out of it?

    When it shutsdown can you immediately restart it or do you have to leave it a while before it can be restarted?

    If everything looks good on the temperature front them it seems likely it's a faulty PSU.
    Have you upgraded any of the hardware on it recently?
