Virgin Broadband + TV, No Phone

Need internet and tv for university this year and was hoping to cash in on the 150 pound cash back deal with virgin for tv adn internet, but it appears that you need the phone chucked in as well to get this, which we dont need. We were also hoping to add the skysports package to that too. Does anyone know if this combination of broadband and tv (plus sky sports) works with the cash back.

I was looking at this to. I could'nt find a way on the website to add Broadband & Tv without the Phoneline. I think you have to ring virgin & ask for it. Of course no cashback:(

I think it actually works out cheaper at the moment if you go for the phone line than if you don't. Sounds strange, but hear me out...

Sign up for L broadband, M+ TV and M phone (Or whichever is the cheapest phone option). It only works on this exact combination.

Cost is £19.50/month, plus £11 line rental = £30.50

They give you 2 motnhs free, only on this exact combination.

£30.50 x 10 months (One year contract, 2 months are free) = £305
£305 - £20 (Free credit) = £285
£285 - £150 (Quidco) = £135
£135/12 (To average out over the year to compare fairly with other providers)
