I think we use the shallow casserole the most too but then this was my first 'chosen' item as opposed to a find. I got it from a Le Creuset outlet.

My deep casseroles will be getting the most use though especially as we get into autumn and winter.

I'm already thinking which pot I'll use for which food for christmas dinner.:D
