Problems with T-Mobile

Hello, I wont go into too much detail, but i'm after some advice.
My wife is in contract with T Mobile, with about 6 months left to run.
In the past we have both used T Mobile without problems, but on this one she is having numourous problems.

Basically for 4 consecutive months there have been big problems.

1. My mother made payment (genuine reason for us not doing so) through internet banking using reference number supplied by T Mobile. The phone was cut off a week or so later for non-payment of bill. After numourous calls and emails it was finally sorted out and transpired the call centre agent had supplied the wrong reference number and the payment had been found - this was after my mam had to email a copy of her bank statement to prove she had paid the bill - as T Mobile originally said they deffinately hadnt recieved a payment from her.
= being credited £20 by customer relations

2. She rang up to add web n walk - it turned out the poor english speaking advisor added blackberry email even though wife stressed it was for web browsing not email. So we got a HUGE bill including the internet browsing costs and blackberry email.
= email to customer relations who appologised, and credited £20 on top of cancelling charges

3. She rang up to add web n walk and cancel blackberry email - it turns out another poor english speaking advisor didn't cancel the email and didnt add the web n walk, but did cancel the contract, and we were hit with a bill for internet usage and an early termination fee.
= email to customer relations who appologised, and credited £20 cancelled charges and fees, and added web n walk --- wahey!!!

4. She rang up and paid bill over the phone (speaking to someone human)... I went to withdraw some money 2 days before payday to see account overdrawn. Rang HSBC who told me the reason for being overdrawn was T Mobile had taken 2 payments for 49 quid. GREAT! i'll incur a bank charge too.

Whats the best thing to do now? We are completely sick of T Mobile. Its one problem after another, and their fault each time. And by them offering discounts and credit, it's obvious that they agree. We ideally want to tell T Mobile to stick their contract where the sun doesnt shine... but obviously im tied into contract. (i know I got out of my orange one due to the price increases) But do you think I can get out of this one, and cancel 6 months early without penalty?? It doesnt seem like T Mobile are going to improve any time soon. Where have the nice , helpful scottish people gone I used to speak to 3 years ago??!!

Is it reason enough to cancel? We are genuinely dissapointed with them.
