Maximum number of simultaneous recording

Hi all

I had a quick question about recording on Sky+.

What's the maximum number of channels that you can record simultaneously? Is it:

· record 2 channels but you have to be watching one of the two channels, or
· record 2 and watch a third channel?

I ask because sometimes Sky+ lets me do either and its really frustrating as you are not sure which ‘option’ it will decide to do on a particular day!:mad:

Officially it's two and either watch one or watch a recording. However, it is possible to watch a third if the channel is on the same transponder as one of the channels being recorded.
