    Afternoon all,

    I've been to town to take 3 black bags of cuddly toys, videos and games to the Charity shop. I also bought some new trousers :rolleyes:. Ds2 spent his £1 his Grandad gave him yesterday on sweets. I'm getting more and more nervous as the day goes on i want it to be over:o.

    Ok, so in my HHC I have crossed some small bits off my own list
    • [STRIKE]Work out what needs to be vacuum packed (bedding etc)[/STRIKE] and do it
    • Find home for left over stuff on bed
    • Package stuff up from course at work and put in loft/put away
    • Work out what to do with other stuff in room
    • Tidy inside/on top of wardrobe I have done half of the inside
    • Move chair back downstairs
    • Put shelves in cupboard for books
    I have also moved all OHs stuff to one side of the room so I don't get distracted thinking it is mine. In my next HHC I want to finish the wardrobe. I am having a break now...

    This mornings HHC I carried on for a bit longer and got the kitchen back to tidy, the WM on, the DW empty and filled, S&S'd the cloakroom and hoovered the ground floor. I then went shopping with a clean conscience! Lots of cleaning stuff cheap in Asda.

    I am just having a quick coffee then off for a jog if anyone cares to join me for HHE?

  • In my HHC I:

    de-cluttered and put away everything in the kitchen and dining area that's not supposed to be there and did some stuff from the lobby;
    started to empty the dw;
    dusted and de-webbed the kitchen and dining area;
    finished wiping work surfaces and cleaned out toaster and coffee machine.

    Gosh I'm shattered ! - have done the kitchen and utility room including scrubbing the floors -both rooms were full of junk and paper work which had been abandoned not to mention a whole forest of plastic bags in the utility room and its taken all morning.
    Will do the dining room another day as its full of exam papers at the moment as DS is sitting some 11 plus exams later in the week

    I am getting there with the dreaded spare room, my list now looks like this:
    • [STRIKE]Work out what needs to be vacuum packed (bedding etc)[/STRIKE] and do it
    • Find home for left over stuff on bed
    • Package stuff up from course at work and put in loft/put away
    • Work out what to do with other stuff in room
    • Tidy [STRIKE]inside[/STRIKE]/on top of wardrobe
    • Move chair back downstairs
    • Put shelves in cupboard for books
    I can't do the top of the wardrobe by myself as most of the stuff is OH's

    I am not sure what to do next. The rest of the house is tidy with their floors decluttered. Do I keep working on the spare room so it can well and truly have me flying around it or shall I do a cupboard somewhere else?
