Kinda interesting that the majority felt a minus was the most likely...
I'll look forward to the results in a few months cleaver! It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

Only a 12% drop between now and the end of August required for you to take the title Graham, don't give up yet! I haven't read the thread back, but I'm sure first prize was a lapdance from fc123. As I say, I should probably scan back a few pages and check this, but I'm sure that's right...0 -

Still 3 months to go...
But every possibility some of those months may be flat or even down given the election confusion.;)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

4 months if we're being pedantic. original post was september. Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
also - if we are looking at 12 month pattern - what was the average house price for end of april last year? and what sort of change does that give? Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0

not that you will get it right but you're always going to be much closer to reality than the predictions of your fan club and the ones that try to shout you down seem to be worried about something...0 -

If this were true I'd have entered 101 times, using 101 AE's, taking every digit from -50% to +50% just to make sure...:DIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
