    Kinda interesting that the majority felt a minus was the most likely...

    I'll look forward to the results in a few months cleaver!

    also - if we are looking at 12 month pattern - what was the average house price for end of april last year? and what sort of change does that give?

    so let me get this one right Hamish - you s=post your view providing your opinion on house prices and you get 350-450 posts of people questioning your predictions and trying to shout you down.

    not that you will get it right but you're always going to be much closer to reality than the predictions of your fan club and the ones that try to shout you down seem to be worried about something...

    If this were true I'd have entered 101 times, using 101 AE's, taking every digit from -50% to +50% just to make sure...:D
