o2 contract ending soon.....options?

been reading the o2 rententions threads with interest, seems like o2 are currently cutting back on good rententions deals

last time i got

700 mins
1000 txts
unlimited internet
and my LG KF750

for 30pound per month

now been looking at getting a blackberry or even a iphone, something mainly for email, music etc

am i better off sticking with o2 or getting my pac code and going somewhere else, also with the pac code does that entitle me to cheap deals with other networks and shops like phones4u?
