Hi all,
Does anyone have a good case or cover that they would recommend for a new Hero owner. Do you need to use those screen protectors?
Any sites or deals going on?
Might need an in car charger as well!?!
Thanks for any help.Si
I got something called a 'gel cover' (not silicone) from ebay for £3.79. Mines black, but you can get clear and other colours. They look really good and cover the back and edges of the phone. Type in HTC hero gel cover in eBay.
I haven't got a screen protector, I use a velvet pouch. As for car chargers, any mini usb car charger will work, but they are selling some on eBay with a car holder and 2 screen protectors for a tenner.Try to imagine nothing ever existed...0 -
Some people at work use old socks (with some cutting and stitching) as a protective case for their mobiles, including one who bought a Hero recently - cheap and effective, and bang on in terms of MoneySaving.0

Thanks for replying.
Velvet pouch sounds quite posh, I like it!! Old sock does not, and not sure my darning skills are up to it!
Cheers for your ideas.

I am looking for a case for my HTC Hero Graphite.
I found a few Silicone GEL Cases on E-bay, which I am a bit confused about as I am sure, would it be soft enough to snuggly fit the phone.
I personally feel that rubber/gel cover should be better as it snugly fits the phone & it should not make the phone very bulky or big.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks a lotI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0
