HI,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I signed up for AOL Broadband in March this year. Since I signed up I have NEVER  been able to view or access my bills. The selfcare area always states "you have not been provised with Selfcare, please call member services"
I have called them afew times regarding this, and never got anywhere with it. I spoke to a call centre which was clearly based outside the UK earlier this week. I got very annoyed with the CSA as he was very rude and arrogant. I asked that my bills were sent to my email or posted to me as Im getting sick of paying for bills ive never even seen. He couldn't help saying it was against security to email or post bills(??). I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who he claimed was already on another call but they would call me back, so far no phone call has been received.
I have discovered that if you phone after 7pm it is a UK based call centre, so I am going to call back tonight.
What I want to know is if you think that this could be classed as not fit for service. I want to cancel my AOL Broadband as I am having nothing but problems, but I signed up to the 24 month contract! If I can prove this is not fit for service then surely I would have a case to cancel the contract?
Any help would be really appreciated!!
