Hello everybody, i am new here. I am buying a small two bedroom house and i am planning to put in a small conservatory. I know this is not going to need planning permission if i follow the guidelines of size and materials. My question is: can i put in small bathroom in the conservatory or do i need planning permission for that? Do they usually give permission for a bathroom, I know having a kitchen and permanent heating is not allowed, but what about having a small cloakroom? Many thanks to everybody. Have a good day

I have no idea if you would be allowed, but I do know that conservatories are freezing in the winter. You'd need winter woolies on to do a pee...0

If you want a conservatory, then build a conservatory. I you want a bathroom, build a bathroom. They don't seem very interchangeable to me."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of."
