Seriously, check that the night and day readings aren't transposed. Scottish Power managed to do just that with our supply.

Yes, I did give them the readings the correct way round.

Worth checking.

I was on E7 and then changed to normal tariff. I kept the same meters but both totals(the night and day units) are added together and I am charged for all at the same daytime rate.

If you were on normal E7 the daytime and RHT units could similarly added together and charged at daytime rates.

Go on a comparison site and enter in details as if you were on 'normal' E7 and see what the tariffs are from all suppliers.

I have this problem with Equigas, tho early days, they say they cannot add the figures together and I will have to pay £40 if I want the meter changed....however, isn't day rate when you have E7 too, at a higher rate than day rate without E7, so you might finish up paying the higher day rate without the opportunity to use E7.
