to make it quick recieved an letter today from BT saying they have recieved my order for 1 DF Cease and a DF Return and question to MSE is...
1. what the hell are those items
2. can BT order items without my consent
3. what the hell can i do about it

have you had any dealings or communications with BT prior to this letter?
have you tried to call them to ask what it's all about?0 -
yeah problems with speed... as normal and yes i rang them and they said there is no orders yet i have the bloody letter0

maybe they've just 'ordered' some kind of testing on the line and you've received correspondence that wasn't really meant for you0

The letter that you have received for the DF Cease & Return referrs to a returns kit. Dont worry it is all free of charge. You mentioned that you were having a speed issue. Did BT agree to send you out a new router? This is the most likely cause to raise this order.

no.. i agreed to nothing but a whoosh test on my line as they said there was a line fault... but why send me a returns kit where 1. i didnt want to return anything and 2. an item which was ordered i havent recieved anyway..0 -
