It might be. Is there something there called the Easy Display Manager?

I have Easy Network manager on the desktop, where might Easy Display manager be?
  • In the Start Menu, perhaps? I haven't the foggiest - I only mentioned it because it's in this list.

    Easy Display Manager?
If not the above, try Display/Properties/Appearance/Advanced as before.

Then select the little arrow next to the drop box which probably says Desktop, select Active Title Bar, check the size is 25.
    Move along, nothing to see.

No I've had a good look, no Easy Display Manager. Do you think a system restore to earlier on will do the trick?
  • It might do, but try changing the Theme first. Oh, and make sure your screen resolution is 1024x600.

Do you mean the task bar is wider than normal, if so hover your cursor on the edge of the task bar , this should change to an arrow, left click and move your mouse down, this should slim down your task bar hopefuly.
