Hi,
the icons on the taskbar at the bottom have gone big, how do I get them back to normal?

What operating system do you have?0
-
windows xp, I was looking at the accesibility options because I use sticky keys and now the task bar has changed size, should I just do a system restore back to when it looked right?0

Right-click an empty area of your desktop, select Properties and look under the Appearance tab for a button marked Effects. Does the box labelled Use large icons have a tick in it?0
-
No it doesn't.0

Oops. Wrong option - doesn't affect the Taskbar at all!

Take a look at the Settings tab instead. Can you increase the screen resolution?0 -
the screen res. is at its highest.0
-
In that case, click the Advanced button and check the DPI setting.0

As post #4, but make sure 'Windows and Buttons' box is 'Windows XP style'
IIRC this puts back the defaults, you may have to customise your wallpaper etc.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
