I am sorry tisumisu, this is by the sounds of a company a total scam. They take your money and don't send you the item.
If you used a bank transfer i do not believe you can recover your 400 euros, but do get in touch with your bank over this transaction.
As for the Visa purchase, ring your bank now and ask for the card fraud department, generally open 24 hours a day for this reason. Tell them you did not authorise the 150 payment, they should be able to take steps there to recover the funds (if it was Visa Credit) and issue you a new card.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Has anyone managed to get the cancellations charges paid back from their credit card company. My card provider Lloyds TSB MasterCard have refused saying that I should have known in advance of the T&C re the cancellation charges and that it was my responsibility as I had given them my card details. As all of you above Apple Labs could not apparently get my card authorised for the purchase of the phone, but have managed to get these spurious cancellation charges paid by the same card. Any ideas about how to move forward.0
