    Morning all!
I seem to have a write a list every day to keep me motivated and on track so here's Sunday's (OH thinks I'm mental by the way)....
Went to a party last night and drove so didn't spend anything at all, good for diet too as it was a BBQ and they forgot to cater for veggies (there was only me - a piece of bread and a handful for crisps, could have been a lot worse!)
    • Walk dog for free exercise - done once already
    • Take bag of old shirts to clothes collection bin - done
    • All food from stuff we have in
    • Clean upsatirs - just a quick hoover and dust and a clean of the bathrooms
    • Give dog a good bath and brush - poor thing looks like a scruffy stray!
    • Have a read of a teaching book -starting uni tomorrow -arrrgghh!
    • Watch cricket and rugby on telly
    • Get clothes ready for uni tomorrow - sounds daft but I haven't got a clue what to wear
    • Put dry washing away
    • Wash towels and hopefully dry on the line
    • Pack new baby present for OH to post tomorrow - if we don't do it soon she'll be too big to wear it!
    • Phone mum with free minutes
    • Stick to diet and maybe go swimming later
That's it for today - hope everyone has a good one

Arghghghghg just lost a long post

    Oh well

    Morning all lovely DWF'rs :j:j

Rachel two things, wear something you are comfy in - Jeans and a favourite top is nice or somethingn like that or sort of 'smart casual' remember on the first day you will probably be matriculated so means having a mug shot taken so make sure you are comfy and confident :) Goodluck!! (PS my OH thinks I am crazy too, but he is impressed by my extra payments to debts)

luxor4t  good luck in the cupboard under the stairs.

My list for today - rainbowed it to make it seem more interesting!!!!!
    [STRIKE]Check banks
    PAD to evil edna[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Batch up home made soup and freeze it[/STRIKE]
Home made roast beef tonight from a stash in the freezer so it feels like a bonus roast dinner:D
Home made yorkies :) using secret DS recipe
Do a bit of gardening - alhtough its peeing down
Tidy bedroom:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I may need more than just stardrops and a strong hoover
[STRIKE]Make up a batch of home made pasta sauce to keep in fridge for DD after school (manky onion, manky courgette, tin tomatoes) sounds yuk will be ace[/STRIKE] chucked in two manky carrots two, whizzed the lot - looks like that stir in pasta sauce now :) put into one of those french flip top glass jars and waiting to put in fridge
[STRIKE]Meal plan for the week - have several chicken dinners so need to keep some and freeze some[/STRIKE] :) finally done this
DS at a chums (roast dinner for lunch (chicken) and roast dinner for tea (Beef)) alright for some eh??
Need order DD a book on
[STRIKE] Amazon[/STRIKE] used ebay as same price and got cash back :)
[STRIKE]Need list some DD's books on Amazon
    Walk dogs later somewhere lovely[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Look at Orkney science festival programme and see what we want to go to (mostly free)[/STRIKE] - going to a talk on Darwin tomorrow :D
More logs later on :) stack up those I cut yesterday
[STRIKE]Text OH and he can ring me back[/STRIKE]
Same for SIL about baby naming next weekend
    Book ferry for trip
Ask brother to put up the plate rack I got in the charity shop:D
Surf the freebie boards and see what I can find for pressie box
Think about No7 voucher (£5 off til 13/9) and see if I should keep it or send it to a chum - we have a limited selection of No 7 in our small boots and the cheapest hting seems to be about £6

Enough for the moment I think sorry about the rainbow list :) - its a yukky day so maybe do more cooking today - the aim is to get the freezer empty to defrost it so we are trying to only shop for essentials

Everyone have a great day - if this weather keeps up I may end up on here all day :rotfl:

    Yorkies are cooking :)

    Morning All

That is a long list Fay which has reminded me of things I should be doing to (like listing things on Amazon)

Today is a day for catching up with family so not a long list I hope!
    • Tidy bedroom :eek: Need to find something that I have lost. Can't think where it is
    • Do some wedding planning - things are a bit more settled with OH;s mum so we can make some plans to go and see people
    • update my diary - have missed a couple of things recently so need to get back in order
    • Find card from stash for friend's birthday and add cheque for some money I owe her
    • Visit OH's mum in hospital
    • Visit my mum and maybe stay for lunch
    • Spend quality time with OH
    • Do nails - I have stacks of stuff that I hardly ever use.
    • fit in a 30 mins walk
    urg x x
  • I've just been out to Lidl to get some bits and pieces for lunches this coming week - hot dog rolls, cheese, cucumber, diet pepsi, cereal bars................................lunch this week should be costing about 80p a day at this rate (way better than paying 70p just for a can of Diet Coke!)
    Also cleaned the inside of the car, have steam cleaned the mats, and also cleaned out the wheelie bin (much needed after my rubbish paid in it for 6 weeks due to the wheelie bin strike here in Edinburgh);
    Listing a few books on Ebay today;
Changed home insurance to avoid paying the uplift on my own policy. Got £80 cashback from Quidco, so my new home insurance will be £24 for the years instead of £144 offered by Natwest whom I was with before!

Will be spending the rest of the day cleaning and playing guitar!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • I have been selling stuf thats gathering dust on ebay all weekend, and so far I have made £150!! I sold a pair of old GHD straighteners and an old Ipod with stereo - so not only making money but making space too!
  • Hi everyone. Late today.

Some of you have some reaaallly impressive lists, mine have been a bit feeble of late:rotfl:

    Today I have

Taken dd back to Doncaster as she starts college this week.
Given her the trousers I turned up and the jacket I repaired:D(see i did do it....... in the end):rotfl:
Bought DS a Burger King thing, he didn't want to come with us. Not very mse, but he stayed at home on his Billy and didn't complain, and I cant remember the last time I bought him junk food.
Still need to sort the veggies.
Need to finish application for part-time job needs to be completed today.
    Put washing away
Put washing that was put on while I was out onto airer
Finish paperwork for ds annual review.
and If I get time sort some bits for ebay.
    Store cupboard Dinner

Enjoy the rest of your sunday everyone:D
