I thought about a theology degree. Only because you get a house thrown in when you are a vicar :) I thought they might overlook the fact i'm not religious.

Don't think she has any intentions of joining the clergy Toto ;). She wants to teach but is not sure whether Secondary or Primary, hence the subject degree rather than a teaching degree.

Hiya Beanie - she's studying at St Mary's, Twickenham. Apparently one of the best for Theology. Bit far for you tho?

No - she is living in halls. It's just a bit too far to travel each day and I think it's part of the fun to live in. No tearful farewells tho - well, maybe just a bit.

Big changes all round then, at least if it's only a bit too far to travel she won't be too far away.

Has he looked at Cumbria Uni Beanie - DD1 was considering that as one of her choices, but it was a bit far for her.

It's just under a couple of hours by car. Far enough away so that she knows I can't pop in "unexpectedly", but near enough so she can blag a Sunday roast if she needs to ;)
