    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I love the gym so no great hardship:o, I'm trying to visualise how I looked when I used to go almost every day as incentive not to pig out, did you buy much at Lakeside?

    Nothing at all Skint. DD1 was buying some clothes for Uni and got some fab stuff courtesy of Primark. A coat, 3 cardigans, socks, 1 t-shirt, underwear and some stick on boob thingies, all for just under £50. I've brought her up well eh?

    TBH I left my purse at home - totally unintentionally, but very MSE wouldn't you say??
