3 Not Delivering Phone

Bought a PAYG from 3 online. Got an email to say it's been sent with a tracking number that Royal Mail doesn't recognise (8 digits).

Anyway was due delivery on 2nd and have trying to chase it ever since. Keep on getting the same answer "There's an issue with Royal Mail and Packet Post and we are looking into it"

What can i do? Anyone else experience this?

    they've never come by royal mail for me; usually DPD.

    Royal mail are on strike in a number of places (today and a few days back) that might have slowed it down. . .

    Are you sure it comes by royal mail? I got mine through another company but it came by Parcel Force :D
    Theres 2 types of horse owner, a person who owns a horse and a horsey person ;)

    well thats not RM

    A: RM/parcelforce tracking numbers start with 2 letters
    B: RM offer no product thats held for 4 days before being returned

    An update.

    Spoke to them many times and they said they'll send another one. The following day it arrived (the first one), so i spoke to them and told them to cancel the re-ordered one.

    Guess what... one more phone arrived today... Looks like they didn't cancel the re-order.
