within 7 day of purchase, you can return goods. It should be all in the terms and conditions with your contract.0

i would also write to them saying i will cancel contract because they dont answer the phone for 30 mins.0

AS an authorised vodafone dealer, I can only suggest that you return to the store of purchase, with your phone and box (plus accesories) & your receipt (if possible).
If you dont have a receipt, dont worry, ask the store manager to find the sale through the IMEI number on the phone. As a consumer, you can demand the store manager to get in touch with vodafone dealer support, and resolve your problem/s for you.
You will have a better chance if you are instore.0 -
Thanks everyone!!
I am away at the moment so going into a store will be a problem but will try and go to a store when we are back. have written countless letters that think this could be a waste of time.0 -
How do i stand if i want to cancel a contract, just because i dont want it anymore. Will i be sent a bill for the phone i was given "free"? Can i just cancel the DD i have set up. Ive had a contract with o2 for about 6 months and would just like to end it!

You can call your network operator, and request something known as "buy-back" this is when you pay for the remainder of the contract at the current tarrif.
e.g. if you have 6 months left on your contract and your monthly plan is £20, then you pay £20 x 6 = £120
You will recieve a final bill :jMax0
