Spoke to my OR yesterday when she took some basic info from me (interview next week)......she said there are 3 ways they deal with your case:
1. They look at it and may decide it is VERY straightforward and they have no questions, therefore, they don't even bother with the interview?
2. They look and decide what questions they need answers to, you then have your telephone interview.
3. In some cases, they may feel it is better for you to attend in person so they can ask you further questions direct
Have you (or anyone else on here), ever come across no.1 or 3?????
D+D x
Option 3 for me too, although that's they way my OR treat all but the very basic cases, before they got quite so busy :rotfl:
Face to face interview was brilliant IMO, far better than trying to get your point accros by phone, and it gives the OR an opportunity to get a feel for whether you're genuine or a chancer immediatley!
We weren't grilled at all and weren't asked any different questions than other people who had telephone interviews, it was all over and done with in 55 mins, we got to go in together and were treated as a couple.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
