So, I've had OR interview, what happens next...?

Yip OR examiner has examined me and my financial behaviour so what happens next? Am I likely to receive more paperwork and forms? How does the process go over the next year.
All she said to me was that my automatic discharge would go through on 10th August 2010 but I wouldn't be notified. That kind of left me thinking that I wouldn't hear any thing else from them (there's the issue of my car but expecting to hear from her boss on Moday - that's a whole other story!)
Any info you can give me on the life and process of an undischarged bankrupt would be fab!

As Phil says, that's likely to be it.
Apart from the letters confirming the cars exempt and another letter asking if we wanted to buy the BI we didn't hear from our OR from the day of our interview until 2 weeks before AD, when they offered me early discharge.:rolleyes:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
well it will be very peachful......just dont feel the urge to keep looking over your shoulder! (no need to if they need you they'll phone)We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

I'll tell you what happens next, you relax and get on with the rest of your life, enjoying the great night's sleeps you're going to get and moving forward with a life that isn't consumed by worry and controlled by banks.
The very best of luck to you

Hey Phil
Spoke to my OR yesterday when she took some basic info from me (interview next week)......she said there are 3 ways they deal with your case:
1. They look at it and may decide it is VERY straightforward and they have no questions, therefore, they don't even bother with the interview?
2. They look and decide what questions they need answers to, you then have your telephone interview.
3. In some cases, they may feel it is better for you to attend in person so they can ask you further questions direct
Have you (or anyone else on here), ever come across no.1 or 3?????

:T fantastic eh! I never thought I would ever have to go bankrupt but I never thought I could be in the position where my default mood is chilled and calm. I must have been wracked with worry for so many years and not even realised I was as I've always felt highly strung and emotional. This last week it's all clicked.0

well I had option three....simple case on benefits with no assets....preferred it to be honest in person the OR could see how I was & were brilliant....
I've known a fair few people here with option one as well...just means you've supplied enough information in your forms to explain to the OR why you became bankrupt..We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Both 1 and 3 for me!Desperate+Depressed wrote: »Hey Phil

I was told I didn't need an interview, then a month or so later was told that in actual fact they did need to speak to me and that it would be better if it was done in person. I naturally panicked but it was fine. It was due to the fact that I had a joint mortgage and they couldn't track down my long since absconded ex
My OR was really friendly, polite and efficient. I was actually glad of a face to face as I felt that I could express myself better.Come ride with me, through the veins of history...
