HQ, don't think it's a silly question, think this is a complicated procedure and because court is mentioned it's a little intimidating too.
I've been reading the FAQ in the Consumer/Bank Action Group forum and from what I can see the unauthorised OD ones are included and the interest on them. But pleae someone put me right if I'm misreading/misleading !!:o
Whereas I have a big ol' Natwest OD that I basically 'live in' but haven't ever gone over so I can't claim a penny.

Also piece on this in the papers today. And they're expecting the numbers to rise for claimants due to people knowing about it. Via MSE probably!

Ive sent off my allocation questionaire today !!! im starting to panic now it looks like lloyds will be taking me to court !!!!! anything else i need to be doing ?
