HQ, don't think it's a silly question, think this is a complicated procedure and because court is mentioned it's a little intimidating too.
I've been reading the FAQ in the Consumer/Bank Action Group forum and from what I can see the unauthorised OD ones are included and the interest on them. But pleae someone put me right if I'm misreading/misleading !!:o
Whereas I have a big ol' Natwest OD that I basically 'live in' but haven't ever gone over so I can't claim a penny.
