I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what is the currently the cheapest PAYG tariff for calling landlines and general mobile phone numbers of other networks.

Tesco Mobile Lite (uses O2 network) same prices as Asda Mobile (uses Vodafone network) for calls and texts, BUT MORE EXPENSIVE ONLY IF YOU USE INTERNET.
