Ending my 3 contract early
Hi
I have an 18 month contract with 3, which is due to expire on 16th December 09.
But I am going on holiday and want an Iphone to take with me. So I'd like to end it early-mid October and obtain my PAC code and have my number switched by the time I go away.
Will it just be a matter or ringing them up, settling the last 2 and a bit months of the contract? Will they give me my PAC code early
I would ring up and ask, but they use Indian call centres and anything slightly complicated can be awkward to sort/understand, so I'd like to get some idea before I phone (no pun intended)
Thanks

Just drop them an email as its early Sep now - you should get a response.
If not phone up and just ask for pac code - explain the reasons clearly - they will want early cancellation fee - job done.0 -
Thanks, will pop them an email nowWycombe Till I Die0

By the way - when you do cancel it - ask them for the unlock code for the phone. You could give that phone to someone else on another network perhaps or sell it etc etc.0
