Tesco Value broadband

Has anyone used tesco broadband?

Is the service good?

I used Tesco broadband for nearly three years and never had any problems. I migrated from them a week ago but this was because I got three months free broadband with Waitrose and it was cheaper for me. I was on 512K Tesco broadband for £17.97 a month unlimited. Now I'm on Waitrose for £18.99 a month with a 5GB limit and the speed is 2.2mb at the moment and this will increase to 6mb shortly. The limit is fine for me as I don't download a lot. Also with the three moths free this worked out on average about £14.24 a month. I saved about £45 a year compared with Tesco.

Saying all this I would always recommend Tesco broadband as as I've said I never had any problems with their broadband service.

I have not used it (only Tesco dial-up) but I would hardlydescribe Tesco Value Broadband as value for money - given the profits Tesco themselves recently announced.

Having said that - I have not seen anything by way of complaints either - something which must go in their favour.
