Yeah, fair play on that one, but at least I've never lived on a campbed in my mums living room, trying to amend my debt junkie ways.....
Hows the back by the way?:D
Nice and healthy, like the savings I've accrued. :beer:0 -

Is calling someone a moron construcive criticism? I think not
err No - can't as in present tense.
I explained my mini eruption of anger in a previous post. You can apologise whenever you like"For those who understand, no explanation is necessary. Those who don't understand, dont matter."0 -
Ah.. there you are. Thought you had gone for a mo'
Don't be too annoyed at me but I have started a thread in the DFW to see if anyone is willing to help.
Here's the link.

edit. ps. Only worth 40% what you paid for them? That is worse than I thought. Poor you.
My response on that thread:
Hi guys I am the one that Newbie is making himself a fool over. Unfortunately he is wasting your time because he has made a bit of a fool of himself on another thread by wrongly assuming that I am in debt, when in fact I am quite well off and retired early in my 40's. He is just acting very childish that's all.
I suspect that you do quite a good job on this forum advising people that need debt advice, it's a pity that people like newbie waste your time with silly pranks when there is good work to be done.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Whilst still paying someone elses mortgage as well.
Good for you. Winners all around.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

40% idea? I am saying that my current mortages are only 40% of the current value of the property (therefore 60% equity).
Why on earth would I want to be on the 'Debt Free Wanna be' forum whan my assets exceed my liabilities (try reading my previous post again). If I wasn't in that position I would not have retired early in my 40's I would have carried on working.
ignore them Chuck, don't let him wind you up ... just report them if they start to annoy you.
retired at 40, not bad going.
i guess your tracker mortgages must have dropped quite considerably.
you're mortgage must only be about a quarter of the rental income.
that is some decent profit.0 -

Look, we disagree over the + and - of IO mortgages. You said I "didnt know what i walking about" and i retaliated by calling you a "moron".
Dont take the moral high ground here. It's just a debate "For those who understand, no explanation is necessary. Those who don't understand, dont matter."0 -

It's ok Chucky I am not wound up at all. in fact I think it's quite amusing that newbie is acting like a 13 year old.
I am more interested in trying out a set of lawn bowls that I recently borrowed.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
