Hi again people, really need your help, feel desperate.
So seller escalated to a claim. Now paypal sent me a message saying "The seller has submitted an explanation describing the disagreement with
this claim. PayPal will evaluate all available information, including the
original listing and both the seller and buyer statements. "

It didn't give me the choice to reply or see what seller said and most importantly I can't add any pictures of the damage! If they look at original listing the damage cant be shown on that photo. Now they say "status-specialist reviewing the case" and I can't do anything, please what can I do..? :((( IS it normal for them not to ask any additional info from the buyer or pictures etc..? Can you tell from your experience?
Can't afford to lose the money at no fault of my own:((

You'll be fine- there is no option to submit pics unless paypal ask you to (which they probably won't.). The only place you can really come unstuck is if the item doesn't get tracked on the way back to the seller.

It is very rare for paypal to side with the seller.
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p
