That means it has been taken in over a counter, it doesn't mean it has been dellivered with or without a signature. hi....apparantly I have to wait 15 working days!....
and with the bank holday and that it means calling back next Monday
meanwhile they have confirmed its still not reached its destination.....just hope some miracle doesnt occur and they deliver it today, tomorrow or monday

15 working days for all standard mail unfortunately. I had the same thing happen to me. The buyer claimed he didn't get the item and put a claim in via Paypal. I had sent it via Royal Mail Recorded, since in all my years of doing eBay I’ve never had a claim before I checked Royal Mail online and had no record of it. I asked had he checked his local delivery office he claimed he had. I did a refund, I decided to just for once pass it off as lost and at the time because I was ill I couldn’t be bothered claiming from Royal Mail (Value £30). Three months later the item came back to me with a message stating it was not collected from the delivery office within 7 days!
Needless to say I was surprised...Tänka positiva tankar och att du alltid kan nå dina drömmar…
