quick phones4u cashback question

I'm a bit confused by this - on the how to claim section on the cashback form it says wait until the valid claim date (which was 19-08-09) and then send the claim form and the most recent network bill. I've since received another bill dated 24-08-09. Do I send this one or the last one before the claim date (dated 08-07-09), or should I just send both to be sure.
Sorry about the stupid question!

The easy answer is the August bill - BUT why are the two bills dated so far apart in the month? It suggests something is not quite right!0

I agree - most recent bill is the latest one you have received. However on my contract I get the bill (on line) a little while before the cashback due date.
I would have sent the claim straight away on the due date with whatever was the latest bill. But you do have 60 days in which to claim so should not matter.
I suspect you will have no problem with the claim - unlike other cashback companies highlighted on other threads on this forum.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
It's the latter you need to send but i send both bills just too make sure of no probs and i have used phones 4 u with absolutely no probs at all.0
