Forget irony, clearly all humour is not your forte' !!
<Irony>Though I will hold my hands up and say that your reply may be very clever and humourous but that I simply don't understand it. If this is the case, then clearly sophisticated humour is not my forte'<irony>

Maybe Gadaffi will buy them?
Seriously, they are selling up and will probably make a profit. They've certainly enjoyed the income for 20 years. Only time will tell if they should have waited a little longer. My guess is that today is a better time to sell than tomorrow.
I'd pay 100 x monthly rent for any of their houses - if I could borrow at a reasonable rate. Best outcome - I make millions from happy tenants. Worst outcome, I go bankrupt or at least, my limited company goes bankrupt.

I think the whole site misses DD, he was by far the best poster on here. He advised everyone to buy a few months back because the house market and mortgage market had both bottomed. He was right and everyone on here was wrong. I listened to everyone and I'm paying for it now. You lot make me sick."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. All of us make you sick or just the ones who told you to ignore DD?

Actually, I like everyone on here, youself included. It's a great way to pass the time while we wait for the economy to sort itself out and for house prices to bottom. Some posts on here have me rolling about at my desk. Good clean fun.

did you QA this properly?
you'll get more than some errors on that bit of code...
if i had QA'd it properly we wouldn't be able to employ a BA's, a Project Manager, a software testing team, release co-ordinators and a few others.
there is no point in doing things properly big Yak.0
