3 upgrade just done

Just needed some clerification:-
I currently have mix & match 500 tariff with 3 with £8 loyalty discount so I am paying £10 pcm. I have entered my details on 3 upgrade section and came up couple of hansets which will reduce my line rental to £5.50. So I decided to make an upgrade to INQ phone.
The email came through saying:-
Monthly charge: £18 minus your loyalty discount of £8 Allowance: 500 mins or texts. Or any mix of the two. Anytime. Any network.
Your Add ons
25% off this handset each month . (£4.50 p/m)
£8 Loyalty Discount (£8.00 p/m)
Three upgrade contact centre do not have this deal on there system - I rang them before making the upgrade online.
Do you think 3 will honour this deal? I am just abit worried that when my bill arrives its not £13.50 normal line rental for new customers.

If its in writing they have to honour it, its what you have agreed to and what they agree to when they send the phone. Just keep the email.
they dont have all the upgrade options on their system, each persons is different.0 -
I wouldn't hold your breath- we've been with three for some time.. changed our tariff on the 24th Aug to the 6 month price plan due to my partners job ( the phones break real easy). just phoned them to let them know I haven't recieved it as yet and waited in for 2 wednesdays for it to arrive only to find out that they cancelled the request after the call.... no- on informed us at all??
After speaking to 4 people one cut us off and the other 3 gave us completely different stories why it was cancelled one of which they said we'd called them to cancel LIE LIE LIE... then to find out they now do not do the 6 month contract!
go elsewhere I say.. we have had nothing but problems over the past 6-9 months- previous to that the service wasn't too bad- but recently has been terrible! So of course our 3-three phones will be changes to another network very shortly!I am a Travel Agent
