Orange have decided in their wisdom to charge for paper bills, so I have switched to online billing. (It really annoys me, but I wasn't in the mood to make a big fuss).
The problem is that I am in a cashback deal with dialaphone, and need to send
Has anyone contacted dialaphone and had confirmation that a copy of your online bill will work???
I have emailed dialaphone and am awaiting a reply......

I have sent a print of an online vodafone bill and the cashback was paid with no problems.:heart2: Katie & Benjy - I'll meet you at Rainbow Bridge......:heart2:0

That's great, thanks
Did you get confirmation first, or just send them in?
Are Dialaphone ok with cashback claims? They seem very generous with their timescales (I have a 2 month timeframe to send in each claim)0 -
They are now part of Phones4U (who I have found to be very reliable). However, NEVER assume ANY dealer will accept anything that isn't specified in the t&c you signed up to. Therefore cover yourself by getting written confirmation before making your claim - regardless of whether someone else got paid!0

Dialaphone send a printed paper with specific dates of bills required and within which dates they are to be received. Can't say fairer than that. And I think if you are still unsure, you can email them and they can tell you the dates.0

No I didn't ask first, I sent and hoped :rotfl:
Dial a phone are the only company I actually recommend to my friends because of their excellent cash back paying. They literally give you an idiot proof guide as to which bills to send and when to send them. They have never quibbled on a cashback claim I have sent in.
Also me and my husband recommend each other when our contracts are up so we pocket £20 or £40 each per year aswell!:heart2: Katie & Benjy - I'll meet you at Rainbow Bridge......:heart2:0 -
I did get email confirmation from them saying that printed bills are acceptable after Vodafone decided to start charging for paper bills.0
