If you have been with bethere.co.uk for more than 12 months you can ring their disconnection helpline and ask to be disconnected and request your mac key.

Its quite possible that they will offer to reduce your monthly payment to £15.00 a month, but if you quote that you would get 3 months free by moving to 02 they will then offer you 2 months free on top.

please remember that you will be tied in for a further 12 months but i have just saved my self the following

bill was £21.50 a month
now £15.00 a month saving £72 plus 2 months free @15.00

total £102 (i think) over the next 12 months.

i have only had a few problems with bethere in the 2 years i have been with them and i get up to 20 meg adsl+ connection.

Indeed if it wasn't for the convergence and savings optons available with O2, I would not have left Be.

They offer a good quality service with excellent technical support and will happily negotiate to keep your custom.
