I HAD A dvd ON tHURSDAY, SENT IT BACK sATURDAY AND THEY RETURNED THE SAME dvd OUT TO ME TUESDAY!!!! AND THEY STILL DENIED SENDING IT OUT TWICE0

OK - Problem resolved! And its an embarrasing admittance on my part!!!
I was adding titles to a very old & expired Lovefilm account!!!! It only hit me as I spoke to their CS!
Ive now gone to my new account - realised there were only 2 tiles in it - added about 30 more and instantly, 2 have been despatched!

Not had a problem (touches wood). I am on an unlimited-but-only-one-dvd-at-home-at-a-time account and the only problem I have had is getting them watched and back in the post. Within a day or two I have another through the letter box.:T0
