If your on DLA and go to college...what benefits can you get if any???

Full-time but less than 25 hrs study
The college is also 15miles away....any help with travel as daughter has aspergers???0 -

Local authority said they can offer nothin only ema but she wont qualify for that because of our income0 -

Sorry no its my daughter
She was statemented in school and had 50% support
She hasnt heard about her place yet but just wanted to gather more info
We are in Wales and it seems that adults with a disability dont qualify for alot towards their study
If she does get a placethen hopefully thew college will help us but i need to prepare as she is already panicking about getting there as its 15 miles and she has no sense of direction and public transport is gonna be a nightmere for her. But she sais she wants to try and do this so i need to get as much info as i can................0 -
