t-mobile - no more postal billing?
Got a message today from t-mobile saying they are switching to online billing - so no more postal bills? Didn't even ask me.
No longer selling contract phones through phones4u for a six month period apparently having reached their target - whats that all about. Contract dispute between the two?
And had an email from them last week about recylcing phones. t-mobile now offering a service to buy old mobiles

Me thinks they are cash strapped.

On a personal level i think on-line billing is the way forward...
Saving paper postage etc...good for the planet etc.
As long as the t.mobile site allows you to download the bill ( if you want )
then whats the problem ?

I just was not expecting text message - I have just downloaded my latest bill today - does appear to have a cover letter mentioning change to online billing (but that bill and letter should be sent to me first to tell me of that change before a text message).
Other thing is - I use my bills or will use them for cashback claims. Now I have a printer - just imagine if you don't and do have to make cashback claims.
Or even worse - someone (with cashback deal) could forget the change has happened and simply do nothing and they lose their cashback.0 -
OH was warned about this at least 6+ months ago and she has been reminded ever since.
We don't have a printer though, so need to invest in one! This thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.0 -
i told them i wanted paper bills and they still send them. ring them and tell them you still want to receive them if they are essential0

Is this still a free service? I want to be sure that I can get a bill for cashback purposes.Butlers1982 wrote: »i told them i wanted paper bills and they still send them. ring them and tell them you still want to receive them if they are essential0 -
