Nokia 5800 on PAYM - is Data included in the monthly costs?

Hi,
Looking to upgrade from my PAYG to a PAYM Nokia 5800. Cost is a factor - I'd like to pay no more than 20pounds per month. But...I would make use of Nokia Maps and the GPS function. Do the published monthly tariff's usually have hidden data costs for using 3G web access?
Sorry, bit new to this all!
Cheers

john - many thanks.
I've heard some people rubbishing 3's network coverage - any idea if this is warranted?0 -
Well I came off 3 in June2009 and immediately started with Orange, I work outdoors and use the phone all day at various locations in the West Midlands, 3 just about has a better signal and disconnections are less than with Orange, neither are a real problem, but for customer services Orange wins.0
