- i recetly took a contract phone out from carphone warehouse an since getting phone i cannot send pic message have spoken time and time again to orange and they finally are saying that my phone is faulty which i do not think is the case as my gf sim works fine and she is with t-mobile as any one got any ideas to get out of contract as i am unhappy with the the service from carphone warehouse an orange

If the phone sends mms's with a T sim in it, it has the wrong settings on it. The setting to send on T are not the same as Orange.
You need someone in Orange data support to go through a reinstall of their profiles.0
