i've just bought an 2nd hand iphone, im on orange network and want it unlocked. How can i unlock an iphone 3g? is it easy what software do i need? thanks

    Anyway. I have a 2G iPhone and it takes minutes to unlock. for further info about 3G unlock, check this out.

    There's also a lot of useful info here. You need to jailbreak the phone before you unlock it. I'm may be getting a second hand iPhone this week and have bookmarked that site to use myself.
