Help! Broke sony ericsson w800I on virgin contract 2 months old

    Just so you know, as far as I'm aware there is no downward migration policy for tariffs on virgin contracts at any stage of the contract. That's I've read from the tariff terms and conditions in P4U so you might want to get it double checked if its the same at cpw.

    Hi thanks allot everyone for the responses, i faxed through my letter from the bank on friday morning, phoned citymain up on friday afternnon and was told i was covered so Fingers crossed this is it sorted, just waiting on my claim form coming through the post any day now.
