T-Mobile contract in shop

Hi

I boughta new phone and contract in a T-Mobile shop last friday...i havent opened the phone box or anything...

Can i return it and cancel the contract

  • Did you get a contract ( as in terms & conditions ? a 3 page a4 booklet ) if so there may be something on there like a cooling off period ?
    Resolve not to be poor, Whatever you have , Spend less.
  • got a few pages of paperwork.....havent had time to look through...

    Had a family emergrncy to deal with...just thought someone on here would know

    There isn't usually a cooling off period for things bought in a shop (because you have the chance to use them), it's only for stuff you get on line or over the phone as you can't see what you're buying. . .
