Is this legal.

I have a small thread running regarding changing from Virgin to BT. My contract with Virgin was for 3 services billed on one invoice. They at Virgin say that they were not allowed to cancel the television on request from BT. Why?
Surely the phone not the TV is the more important of the services. Anyway, the contract then, although expired, was for 3 services. Surely, to run the service of the television into the next contract period would not be under the same terms that we had signed for as we had signed for 3 services. Does this not make the contract (unsigned therefor not agreed) invalid. Is this not illegal to continue to charge for a service that was not in an agreed contract?
