Evening everyone, what's everyone been up to? Think I need a bit of a leather injection myself - got my tax return to do  and I can't seem to get motivated!
Cancelled a night out tonight because it would have cost £60 and I'm regretting it already - I'm sooooooooo bored!! Never realised the TV's so bad on a Saturday!
Evening suzie!
Alas, I have succumbed to wine and practicing musical instrument, as well as a bit of decluttering the Sky+, so homework absolutely HAS to get done tomorrow morning.Still, on the plus side I thought that I might end up going out tonight and I haven't which has saved me a few of £, so it's not all bad. (And I'm pleased I'm practicing every night, which is good, so long as it doesn't become a procrastination technique!)
So far have watched 10 O' Clock Live and two episodes of Hustle. TV at its best!
I used up my final £5 off No7 Boots products today in tuying another set of muslin cloths. They should have been £5.62, but were 62p as a result, which is good. That means that I've managed to use 4 of them overall. Not bad, and has stocked me up on some essentials. :T
As for this year's challenges (i.e. thing that make me not spend money, but don't help me save any either), I'm pleased at how well I am doing on the toiletries challenge, and the book one is going pretty well. I just need to get cracking on the DVD one, and all will be well in Picklworld.
Night all. Might declutter one more glass of wine before bed. Well, what's a Saturday night followed by a Sunday off for? Please call me 'Pickle'

NMB Toiletries ??? and I've gone back for my Masters at the University of Use Ups!

Doing your homework, that's what Pickle! :rotfl: :rotfl:
Just kidding
Have another glass of wine, sounds like you've had a productive evening! :T :T
I had one of those vouchers to use today too - sadly the Boots I was in was quite small, and had nothing for £5 in the No 7 range, pah! The closest I managed was £7 for a pink sparkly nail varnish
I'm still going here <yawn> Six million things to do tomorrow too, but getting there! :j :j0 -
Oops, finally got round to doing my tax return and don't have some of my login details - oops! I leave it til the last minute every single year and this is exactly why I shouldn't but somehow I do. Oh well, my list of things to do on Monday now includes phoning the IR for a new code!
I must read the toiletries challenge thread - I've seen quite a few posts about it. Maybe I'll get more inspiration to help with my MSE duties! Already doing the Sealed Money Pot to help with my MOT and car tax in December and I'm doing the Virtual Sealed Pot which is to help me focus on reducing my debt. Each time I reach £35 I transfer it to a credit card. So far 1 down, 999 to go!!0 -

Ok goodie gum drops.
I am going to do 3 hours today - not just yet as I want to tidy up a bit. But I WILL do it.

Hmm...similar, I think. It depends. I've got to finish one assignment, then do another which I can't tell how involved it is until I get onto it. It's not too easy, I think.
Better get one with it. Just after the bacon buttie that Picklemum has made for me, bless her! :cool:Please call me 'Pickle'

Don't think I will be startign for a while yet but would be good to get it done this afternoon. I only have 3000 words but the hardest part is making sure they are the right 3000!
Cheery - the recommended is 100 hours per module and I am trying to do it in three!!! Well I supposed it Professional Development so I guess I do 'do it' all day every day but now I need to write about it - ugh! and be very academic and use current research and all that jazz. I hate critical analysis almost as much as I hate reflective practice.......................LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
