Did you just refresh your basket and they changed to £0.00 or have to start again? Joined 10.10 but showing as full price ATM.

Are you using firefox? it will not work,I changed to ie and it worked ok.

Yep using IE and have logged in and out and emptied basket but still full price and don't think they have all gone yet?!

I signed in as normal to view my bill (I only use firefox), looked around for the webshop couldn't find it in the little option thing had to laugh it was the big thing on the right!

Went through and selected all the free bits, they came up as £0.00 from the start, my basket and then checkout, filled in the address details at checkout and that was it. Had a confirmation email back in minutes to say that the order was through and that the bits would be on the way

Just to let anyone that's still trying this know they are still available. I had to delete cookies, browser history & open a new IE browser to get it to work. Got there in the end!

Just got mine. It didn't work for ages but then I left it for 20 mins and logged back in and they came up for free!
