Eon customers who login to their online account, sign up for the 10:10 campaign (pledging to reduce electricity use by 10% in 2010) can get a free power-saving gadgets for their TV or computer's peripherals (eg dvd player, printer), worth around £15 each.
TV PowerDown and Desktop PowerDown (15,000 of each are available) are designed to automatically switch off any peripherals when you turn your TV or Computer on and off, therefore saving money and reducing your carbon emmissions.
When you're signed up for the 10:10 campaign you'll be moved to paperless billing (if you're not already) and will get other emails from Eon with energy saving advice.
To get the unit login and select one or both from the Eon Webshop. They'll come up as £0.00 in your basket, then fill in your address details at the checkout.
The units are available to Residential (excluding StayWarm and WarmAssist Fixed customers) and Small/Medium Business customers (up to 20 sites).

ok, please don't poke me in the eye, but did a check and found nothing coming up.
You need to be an Eon customer to qualify, and use IE or other browser, as I couldn't get it to work with firefox,
Log in to your Eon account and go to the webshop, and the price (whilst free stocks last) will display as £0.00.

MSE update 3pm. The TV powerdowns appear to have gone already. It might be worth checking back later to see if any more are allocated. If not you can buy one for £10 (instead of £15). The computer powerdowns are still available at the monment.

Been trying to get this for the last 2hrs with no success just kept saying full price, rang them and they said was a problem. Just tried again and its working and successfully ordered them both for free. Yipppeee. :j:j Survey sites are boring but points add up if you persist with it - Great way to save up for xmas! Quidco is brill, watching the money pile up. Every penny counts !! :T0 -

Did you just refresh your basket and they changed to £0.00 or have to start again? Joined 10.10 but showing as full price ATM.
