Orange signal problem
Hi I have searched the forum but cannot find exactly what I want so sorry if its already been covered before.
My problem is that I am on the Orange network and the signal keeps going dead. I have phoned a number of times to try different things with my handset to the point where I have had enough, I have also tried other handsets so I know its not a problem with my handset. I want to cancel my contract but am asking for some advice on how to approach this?
I have read where if you have a signal problem indoors this is not the network providers fault as they cannot guarantee a signal indoors however my issue is outdoors as well. Before I entered the contract I checked the predicted signal strength on their website and it said it was good enough to receive 3g in my area and further afield however its not and when I switch to 2g that is no better either!
I would be interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar situation....thanks
