ROFL - glad you've had a good night. I deliberately planted longer term stuff last night so I don't have too much to get harvested tonight...! The Aquarium thing can be found by searching "fishworld" - like I say, not too taxing, that one.

Everyone saying how cold they are makes me realise how fortunate we are down here - still absolutely fine here - I'm hopeful that I will be able to go until at least 1st November without heating on.....

No - I can't blame you! our record is the second week of December, but that was a few years back. I'm just making the most of it - if we ever end up permanantly in the Hebrides I suspect heating will become a major obsession!

I'm sitting in my "house uniform" at the moment - flannel jammies and Mr Fresian's padded lumberjack shirt. I'm trying to hold out as long as possible.

If you don't hear from me on a daily basis send someone to thaw me...

I have a fleece jacket on but suspect i will have to succumb to the heating soon, even if it's just an hour or two to take the chill off.

Underneath the flannel jammies I am sporting a pair of stripy knee-high socks and am about to put on my trainers as I don't own slippers :D
