    Havent got a clue! didnt use any cashback either, did it spur of the moment, although its only £50 so nothing to lose sleep over

    The O2 LLU products are excellent (I'm on one) but the BTw based O2 Access product attracts a lot of complaints. Fortunately O2 do offer a money back guarantee.

    I use Hotmail to access all my accounts. You don't need the settings, just your e mail address and password from a.n.other ISP account.
